GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) - Food trucks are getting ready to line the surrounding area with food for NFL Draft attendees to try.

The Dough Shoppe from Green Bay, along with Frybread Shack from Ashland, Purple Basil from Wisconsin Rapids, and Taqueira Maldonado’s, were selected by the NFL to be inside the Draft campus area.

Food trucks from around the state will also be outside the campus, according to Shannon Heupel, the president of the Green Bay Area Food Truck Coalition.

While details are still being ironed out, businesses are figuring out the best ways to approach the draft during the colder season.

“All of our events are May, June, July, August, when they’re hot. April’s not hot. So, you kind of have to make some adjustments on that. But as far as what to expect, nobody knows,” said Heupel.

Though most of the food trucks will be outside of the campus, there will also be food tent vendors inside the campus.
