Projected win totals have been released for the 2025 NFL season. It is officially time when you can bet on whether a team exceeds or falls short of expectations in terms of total wins.

ESPN Bet released projected win totals for all 32 teams.

What we can tell is that the four teams expected to be the best in the regular season, at least based on what we know about the league at the end of March, are the Buffalo Bills, Baltimore Ravens, Kansas City Chiefs and the defending champion Philadelphia Eagles. All have their total set at 11.5 wins, although only the Bills have minus odds on the Over.

The two projected worse teams are the Cleveland Browns and New York Giants, both with 4.5 projected wins. Both teams have minus odds on the Over. The Browns have the longer odds to go Over, making them, in betting terms, the worst projected team in the league in 2025.

The Arizona Cardinals are in the middle of the pack at 8.5 wins.

Below are the projected win totals for all 32 teams, grouped by division.
