The ceremony will now take place at First Church at the corner of NW 5th Street and Robinson Avenue. Doors will open at 7:30 a.m. Saturday, and seating is first-come, first-served.
The seating capacity of the church is 1,200, but there will also be standing room available. There are no tickets for the ceremony.
Those attending the ceremony are asked to enter through the west doors at the corner of NW 5th Street and Robinson. ADA accessibility is located on the east side of the church.
The decision was made due to storms expected overnight Friday into Saturday morning.
The ceremony will commemorate the 30th anniversary of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building bombing.
