April 17
12:44 a.m. Sgt. Cody Normandin checked on a motor vehicle parked outside of the LNG plant on Wilson Street and subsequently arrested the driver, a 47-year-old Worcester resident, and charged him with trespassing, OUI liquor, second offense, and possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle. Officers Peter Lord and Aline Matos responded and assisted. The female owner of the vehicle became unruly, took her property and left the scene.
April 19
3:40 a.m. Sgt. Cody Normandin and Officers Sean McKeon and Aline Matos responded to a single-car motor vehicle crash on Main Street. A 21-year-old from Whitinsville was arrested and charged with negligent operation of a motor vehicle, OUI drugs and OUI liquor. Verizon was contacted about pole damage.

4:57 a.m. Officer Sean McKeon took a report of a single-car motor vehicle crash on Hayden Rowe Street.
8:55 a.m. Officer Nicholas Walker completed community relations on Hayden Rowe Street during school drop-off.
10:54 a.m. A caller at the dog park on Pratt Way reported three people and 10 dogs in the park, yet there was a sign posted stating only three dogs per person was allowed. The caller stated the person with the dogs did not speak English and believed the dog park was being abused. The caller was advised that it was not a police or animal control matter, and he should contact town administrators.
11:34 a.m. A caller reported a vehicle without a placard was parked in a handicap parking spot on Parkwood Drive. Officer Brian Ziniti responded and issued a written warning.
12:54 p.m. A Spring Street caller reported receiving a scam phone call and was worried about her voice being recorded. The incident was logged.
1:55 p.m. Officer Nicholas Walker completed community policing on Hayden Rowe Street.
4:14 p.m. A school bus driver reported two youths on dirt bikes driving unsafely on Main Street. Officer Justin Cappuccio caught up with them and advised them of the complaint.
5:18 p.m. An Oliver Lane resident reported a tree fell onto his house. Sgt. Arthur Schofield and Officer Justin Cappuccio responded along with the Fire Department.
10:10 p.m. Sgt. Arthur Schofield made checks of Pratt Way property.
April 16
1:37 a.m. Officer Sean McKeon made checks of Revolutionary Way property.
6:54 a.m. A caller reported a distraught female mistreating a puppy outside of Muffin House Cafe on Main Street. The person was dragging the dog, and it was whimpering. Officer Peter Lord responded and checked the area with a negative find.
7:02 a.m. A Parker Point Road resident reported his daughter might have intentionally hit his vehicle. Officers Noah Buentello and Nicholas Walker responded and spoke with all involved parties and reported the crash was not intentional, and the father was to leave the house for a while. A report was taken.
7:18 a.m. A motorist reported two popped tires caused by a large pothole on Clinton Street and wanted the incident logged. The DPW was notified and sent a crew to repair the pothole.
7:57 a.m. A caller reported a vehicle on Hayden Rowe Street passed a school bus that had its lights on and its stop sign out. The vehicle pulled into the high school. The license plate number was provided, and Sgt. Matthew Santoro was to speak with the driver at the high school.
8:05 a.m. Officers Noah Buentello and Justin Cappuccio responded to a motor vehicle accident on Winter Street and reported airbag deployment. EMS responded and transported the driver to a hospital. A tow truck removed the vehicle. Officer Buentello took a report.
9:37 a.m. A Leonard Street resident reported a suspicious person with black hair in a black jacket and dark jeans who appeared on his security camera on his property around 8:30 a.m. He wanted the incident logged.
12:15 p.m. A Davis Road walk-in reported a possible mail scam. No personal information was given to the scammers. The person was advised on ways to prevent future fraud, and the incident was logged.
9:28 p.m. Sgt. Shannon Beloin checked on a disabled motor vehicle that awaited a tow on Main Street.
10:19 p.m. Officer Kyle Quinzani checked on the Fruit Street fields.
April 17
3:03 a.m. Officer Aline Matos made checks of Legacy Farms North property.
7:03 a.m. A caller reported her daughter and son-in-law were supposed to be on a flight to the Bahamas, but their phones were pinging in the area of the State Park on Cedar Street. Officer Noah Buentello checked the State Park with a negative find, and the caller called back and stated her daughter’s location showed she was in Virginia.
8:07 a.m. A motorist reported she saw a wallet in the middle of the roadway on West Main Street, but she did not feel safe getting out of her car to retrieve it. Officer Justin Cappuccio responded and was unable to locate the wallet.
8:27 a.m. A caller asked that if she were to facilitate a cleanup of Lumber Street and Granite Street with others, would she need to ask permission of the police? She was advised that it would be OK and to wear bright colors and not do the cleanup during rush hour.
8:50 a.m. A caller reported losing her wallet the previous day and wanted it logged.
8:54 a.m. Multiple callers reported a motor vehicle crash involving two cars on West Main Street. Officers Justin Cappuccio and Noah Buentello responded and reported one driver had an Indian license, and no personal injuries were reported.
11:13 a.m. A Saddle Hill Road resident reported a dead bat in her house. She had called the animal control officer and left a message. Dispatch contacted the animal control officer, and he was to respond shortly.
11:45 a.m. A caller reported a suspicious Nissan Altima with Connecticut license plates parked on Jackson Street. Officer Nicholas Walker responded and spoke with the operator, who was doing work in the neighborhood and waiting for his boss. All was OK.
2:09 p.m. A walk-in reported a hit-and-run motor vehicle accident while her car was parked on Lumber Street. Officer Nicholas Walker responded, viewed the damage and took a report.
4:37 p.m. Police Chief Joseph Bennett requested a tow truck to remove a vehicle parked in a Hayden Rowe Street parking lot, where the State Police needed to set up a command post for the Boston Marathon. Officer Kyle Quinzani contacted the owner, who stated he could not move the car for another 90 minutes. The command post was set up in a different part of the parking lot.
4:52 p.m. A caller reported a dog running loose on Winter Street. Officer Matthew LaTour responded, and the dog was gone upon his arrival.
5:14 p.m. A caller reported fraud. Sgt. Shannon Beloin assisted and took a report.
6:27 p.m. Officer Kyle Quinzani completed community relations and spoke to an individual about career opportunities.
7:34 p.m. A caller reported suspicious activity on Clinton Street. Officer Kyle Quinzani responded and found two people loading motorcycles into the back of a Penske moving truck. All was OK.
7:54 p.m. A caller reported an outside burn out of control on Hayden Rowe Street. Officer Kyle Quinzani responded along with the Fire Department.
10:02 p.m. A caller reported teenagers acting erratically on Revolutionary Way by the dumpsters. Sgt. Cody Normandin and Sgt. Shannon Beloin checked the area with a negative find.
11:38 p.m. A Constitution Court caller reported receiving harassing phone calls from a Mansfield phone number. Officer Aline Matos spoke with the reporting person.
11:42 p.m. A Revolutionary Way caller reported he was being harassed by another person and was not sure what to do. Officer Aline Matos responded and investigated. She told the reporting person not to answer phone calls from people he does not know and to call back if anything changes.
April 18
12:09 a.m. Officer Aline Matos checked on two vehicles in the Elmwood School parking lot on Elm Street and moved the occupants along.
12:21 a.m. A Walcott Street resident reported a suspicious package. Sgt. Cody Normandin and Officer Peter Lord responded and took a report.
12:28 a.m. Officer Aline Matos checked on a motor vehicle in a South Street parking lot and found an unresponsive person. Unable to gain access to the vehicle and wake the person, Officer Matos requested the Fire Department. An open bottle of alcohol was found in the vehicle, and the individual was thought to be intoxicated. He regained consciousness and subsequently was issued a criminal application for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle under the influence and refusing to identify himself. A tow truck removed the vehicle.
8:24 a.m. A caller complained of a vehicle parked in two parking spots, including a handicap spot, on Parkwood Drive. Officer Noah Buentello responded and reported the vehicle was over the line but not impeding another vehicle. Officer Buentello was unable to locate the owner of the vehicle.
8:45 a.m. Officer Noah Buentello assisted the State Police in responding to an accident on West Main Street.
8:47 a.m. A caller reported his vehicle was hit by a rock that kicked up on Interstate 495. The State Police were notified and responded.
10:15 a.m. Sgt. Matthew Santoro responded to a motor vehicle accident on Pond Street involving two cars and assisted with paperwork exchange.
10:19 a.m. A caller reported a woman staggering and acting strangely on Wood Street. Officer Augusto Diaz checked on the person and spoke with her. All was OK.
10:57 a.m. Officer Brian Ziniti made checks of the LNG plant on Wilson Street.
11:13 a.m. Officer Noah Buentello assisted a disabled motor vehicle with a tire change on West Main Street.
11:17 a.m. An Old Elm Way caller reported possible fraud. Officer Kyle Quinzani assisted and determined no personal information was given to the scammers. He provided advice to the caller.
11:57 a.m. Officer Brian Ziniti spoke with a caller about a vehicle toll scam. No personal information was provided to the scammers.
12:13 p.m. A Granite Street walk-in reported fraud. Sgt. William Burchard assisted and took a report.
2:26 p.m. Officer Brian Ziniti made checks of the Town Common on Main Street.
8:07 p.m. Officer Matthew LaTour assisted with Boston Marathon setup on Main Street.
8:33 p.m. Officer Matthew LaTour checked on fire alarms chirping in the Boston Marathon tent closest to the former Center School on Ash Street. The Fire Department was notified.
10:33 p.m. Officer Benjamin Vaz made checks of Sandy Beach on Lakeshore Drive.
April 19
1:42 a.m. Officer Aline Matos assisted the Southborough Police Department with the search of a female prisoner.
8:40 a.m. Officer Noah Buentello made checks of Ash Street property.
8:50 a.m. Officer Kyle Quinzani assisted with detouring traffic for a brief time on Grove Street.
10:22 a.m. Sgt. Arthur Schofield attempted to contact the owner of a vehicle parked on Hayden Rowe Street that needed to be moved. A message was left.
10:43 a.m. A caller reported while he was walking his dog on Downey Street, he saw a young male driver driving a white BMW with a shoeless female riding on the hood. Officer Noah Buentello responded, located the vehicle and spoke to a female. He found that teenagers were messing around.
12:06 p.m. Officer Kyle Quinzani completed community policing at the Town Common on Main Street.
1:32 p.m. A caller complained of vehicles speeding on Auciello Drive. Officer Noah Buentello spoke with the caller, and he was to conduct traffic enforcement.
3:31 p.m. A caller reported her sister pulled into an Exchange Street driveway and struck some trash barrels and two people, an 88-year-old female and a man in his 70s. Sgt. Arthur Schofield and Officers Benjamin Vaz, Matthew LaTour and Nicholas Saletnik responded. The vehicle also struck the garage, so the building inspector was contacted. The Fire Department shored up the building. A report was taken.
4:11 p.m. A Leonard Street resident reported her purse was stolen from her unlocked car the previous night. Officer Nicholas Saletnik responded and took a report.
6:02 p.m. A caller reported a suspicious male driving around the Fruit Street fields in a Jeep. He stopped and got sick outside his car. Officer Benjamin Vaz responded, spoke with the man and advised him not to drive recklessly.
8:30 p.m. A caller reported a tree fell down on East Main Street near Weston Nurseries. Officer Nicholas Saletnik responded, moved most of it and notified the DPW.
9:27 p.m. The DPW requested an officer for safety and lights while crews cleaned up the debris from the tree that fell earlier.
April 20
1:18 a.m. Officer Aline Matos checked on a vehicle in the Sandy Beach parking lot on Lakeshore Drive and found it unoccupied and secure.
8:55 a.m. Officer Nicholas Walker notified the DPW of a stop sign on Grove Street that blew over.
9:27 a.m. Officer Brian Ziniti made checks of South Street businesses.
9:39 a.m. A Davis Road resident reported a large tree fell and landed on the dumpster in between housing and the Senior Center. Officer Nicholas Walker responded and notified the DPW.
12:59 p.m. Sgt. William Burchard and Officers Benjamin Vaz and Nicholas Walker responded to a motor vehicle accident on East Main Street. No personal injuries were reported.
2:40 p.m. Officer Benjamin Vaz reported parking violations on Main Street and had the vehicles moved.
3:04 p.m. Multiple callers reported a deceased dog in the roadway on Ash Street. The animal control officer was contacted. Officer Justin Cappuccio responded and was unable to find the dog.
5:40 p.m. Sgt. Cody Normandin checked on a person on Ash Street who was filming a news segment.
5:52 p.m. A caller reported she was assaulted by a male in her car on West Main Street. The caller denied injuries and reported the male left the vehicle and was sitting on the sidewalk. Sgt. Arthur Schofield, Sgt. Cody Normandin and Officer Nicholas Saletnik responded along with the State Police. An ambulance was requested for the caller, who was experiencing back pain from a recent surgery. The father was en route to pick up the children, who were in the car. The female was placed into protective custody, and Officer Saletnik accompanied her to the hospital in an ambulance. A report was taken.
7:06 p.m. A caller reported she was in a motor vehicle accident in Pinecrest Village, and the other driver refused to exchange information. Sgt. Cody Normandin responded and took a crash report.
April 21
3:20 a.m. A B Street resident reported a loose dog. Officer Peter Lord responded, and the dog returned home.
5:36 a.m. A caller reported losing a license and bank card during a midnight bike ride, possibly at the Town Common. The incident was logged.
6:04 a.m. Sgt. Cody Normandin had vehicles removed that were parked in the back of the former Center School without parking passes.
7:32 a.m. Sgt. William Burchard transported two people to the Boston Marathon start line.
7:53 a.m. A caller reported a disabled coach bus on Main Street. Officer Augusto Diaz assisted along with the State Police, and the bus was moved to a safe location for repair.
8:39 a.m. Officer Nicholas Saletnik responded to a motor vehicle accident on Granite Street and issued a citation to the driver. The vehicle was towed.
10:05 a.m. A walk-in handed in a wallet found at Main Street and Wood Street.
11:41 a.m. Officer Nicholas Saletnik assisted a Boston Marathon volunteer with finding her car on Hayden Rowe Street.
11:51 a.m. A person handed Sgt. Cody Normandin a cell phone found on Main Street.
1:37 p.m. A detail officer reported a tractor-trailer jackknifed on Granite Street. Officers Sean McKeon and Nicholas Saletnik responded and assisted.
1:57 p.m. A Thayer Heights Road resident reported a possible incendiary device in his front yard. He stated it looked like a bottle with wires and firecrackers coming out of it. Multiple officers responded. The bomb squad was contacted and responded, and all officers cleared. A report was taken.
3:04 p.m. A caller reported someone hit his car and kept driving on Hayden Rowe Street. The caller followed the erratic driver all the way through Milford, when he got on Interstate 495. The reporting person was to return to the station to complete an accident report.
6:08 p.m. Officer Justin Cappuccio made checks of the LNG plant on Wilson Street.
