Bermuda Enjoy Victory Over The Bahamas
The Bermuda national cricket team defeated the Bahamas by ten wickets in the North America Cup at the Jimmy Powell Oval yesterday [April 23].
Bermuda, who have finished third in the table with two wins and two losses, have qualified for the semi-finals on Saturday.
Having won the toss, the Bahamas were bowled out for a meagre 51 runs.
Sabir, who was named man of the match, produced a superb bowling spell, taking three wickets for eight runs; meanwhile, Derrick Brangman took an impressive three for 12.
In reply, Alex Dore led the way with an unbeaten 33, while Marcus Scotland provided solid support with 16 not out.
The pair required the required runs in just 8.5 overs.
